RealWebWins analyzes public content from creators, founders, and solopreneurs to extract actionable insights about how they built their online income.
We focus on real stories shared publicly through podcasts, YouTube videos, blog posts, and social media where creators openly discuss their revenue, strategies, and tactics.
1. Research & Data Extraction
We analyze publicly available content (podcasts, videos, articles) using AI to extract factual information: revenue numbers, timelines, tools used, tactics applied, and results achieved.
2. Strategy Analysis
Our AI agents identify patterns and connect tactics to outcomes. We organize the data into actionable insights: what worked, what didn't, and why certain strategies succeeded.
3. Quality Classification
Each case study is rated based on data richness. Deep Dive cases (⭐) have 8+ confirmed data points. Detailed Breakdowns (📊) have 4-7 points. Starter Stories (🌱) have 1-3 points.
⭐ Deep Dive Analysis (8-9 data points)
Comprehensive case studies with detailed revenue progression, specific tactics, multiple channels, metrics, and lessons learned. 2,500-4,000 words.
📊 Detailed Breakdown (4-7 data points)
Solid case studies with revenue, timeline, main strategies, and tools. Good actionable insights but less granular detail. 1,500-2,500 words.
🌱 Starter Story (1-3 data points)
Basic overview with key revenue and timeline info. Great for quick inspiration but limited tactical depth. 800-1,500 words.
